I am a plant biologist, conservation geneticist and ecological designer. My work focuses on using ecological genomics/transcriptomics to bioengineer sustainable solutions to agriculture, climate change and plant conservation.

Chlorosoma is an amalgam of the latin words for “green” and “body.” Its the name I’ve given to the diverse projects (fruiting bodies?) that have emerged from my mycelium of interests in natural history, ecological stewardship, and DIY creation.
